10 Healthy Breakfast Options

You know what they always say--breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's the meal that begins your day, that starts off the kind of day that you're going to have. So why not make it good? I'm the kind of person that's guilty of just scooting out the door after just a cup of coffee and maybe a granola bar, so I understand the hassle of having to deal with breakfast. But who wouldn't love to start their day with a delicious and healthy meal? I'm going to make a conscious effort to eat breakfast more often, so I found a few really inspiring healthy breakfast options.


  1. Lately I've been going for oatmeal with some ground flax and fruit mixed in--that keeps me going for the morning!
